Hugh educates thousands of automotive sales consultants every year with innovative in-dealer and in-market programs. Hugh works with OEM clients to identify objectives and create curriculum. Hugh also consults with automotive marketing firms, lobbyists and investment firms. Hugh conceptualizes events for product launches, sales training and automotive marketing initiatives. He works with a wide variety of clients across the automotive industry.

Since 2000 Hugh has been crafting a career out of his passion. Hugh's automotive trajectory started by building a race car. He raced successfully in SCCA event across the country in both a BMW and a Mazda. Hugh was soon managing a stable of cars and drivers with Kahn Team Racing. During the week he coached drivers at the ProFormance Racing School at Seattle's Pacific Raceways. When Hugh moved to Austin in 2008 he began working with DriveWay Austin on driver development and training for the Department of Defense. On the weekends you will still find Hugh, pursuing his first passion, racing and coaching.

Hugh opened his first restaurant at twenty-two after waiting tables and owning a catering business in college. He owned one restaurant for twelve years and a second restaurant for five years. During this time he developed a passion for racing cars. In 2004, he decided to follow his love of all things automotive and pursue a career in the automotive industry.
